As an Airport Infrastructure business, we are developing three businesses: “Area Heating & Cooling Business”, “Water Supply & Drainage Service Business”, and “Shared Telecommunication Business.” Each of these businesses is an essential function of airport operations, and we strive to provide a stable supply so that users can use the airport safely and securely.
Area Heating & Cooling Business
Tokyo Airport Heating & Cooling Co., Ltd., our group company, supplies heating and cooling sources used for air conditioning and maintenance shops at Haneda Airport. The total area supplied is about 100ha, including the domestic passenger terminals, maintenance shops, and government buildings, and we continue to provide a stable supply 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
At Haneda Airport, heating and cooling sources are generated at a single energy center. Therefore, in addition to making effective utilization of the limited land of the airport, we are able to contribute to the environment by regularly upgrading to high-efficiency equipment, saving energy and reducing CO2 emissions.

Water Supply & Drainage Service Business
Management and operation of water supply and drainage facilities in the airport is also a part of the business of us. We have a nearly 50-years history of managing and operating these facilities at Haneda Airport and are also in charge of it in New Chitose Airport.
In recent years, both airports have introduced a system of public recruitment of operators for maximum period of 6years, and we applied for and were selected as the operator and continue our business.

Shared Telecommunications Business
Shared telecommunication business is designed to promote smooth information exchange among airline companies, terminal building companies, and government office, etc. Optical and metal cables are laid between each buildings except for some areas within Haneda Airport to provide communication (telephone) and leased line service.
Large-sized private branch exchange (PBX) for shared communication
Exclusive line (optical cable)
Shared communication (telephone) service
High-quality audio data can be transmitted by installing a large-sized private branch exchange (PBX) in the new aircraft maintenance area and connecting the remote local traffic managers (LTM) installed in major buildings, such as terminal buildings, with optical cable. Also, because the subscriber lines are all handled as an extension line within the airport, telephone communications between subscribers are free of charge.
Exclusive line service
Optical and metal cables laid between the major buildings within Haneda Airport are provided as a means for transmitting voice, image, data, etc. Because it is an occupancy line in the closed network within the airport, it is possible to construct a high-quality network that is unaffected by other traffic.
