Dormitory for International Students in Kanto Gakuin University
Kanazawa Hakkei International Community Plaza, a complex facility with international student dormitories of Kanto Gakuin University, was completed in Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama City. On the upper floors, there are 400 rooms where students from japan and overseas can live together, aiming to have a cultural exchange. On the lower floors, tenants such as drugstores and after school center will be occupied, and it will be familiar community plaza as the place can be used by local people.

In-flight meal factory (ARC Building)
In order to expand the in-flight meal production capacity in response to increasing aviation demand at Haneda Airport, a part of ARC Building owned by our company is renovated from an office building into an in-flight meal factory, and provided to TFK.

Sanitary Disposal Plant (SD plant)
Because it is assumed that the treatment capacity of the current facility operated within Haneda Airport to treat sewage discharged from aircrafts is not enough to cope with increase in arrival and departure slots of the airport, a new SD plant with increased treatment capacity is constructed.

HANEDA INNOVATION CITY
The project constructs a complex having a total area of 1,300,000 m2 within the 5.9 ha-wide vast site in Haneda, which is used for various purposes, including research facilities (laboratories, large-scale offices), an advanced medical care research center, conference halls, event halls, a facility to transmit information on Japanese culture, catering establishments, research and training accommodations, hydrogen refueling stations, etc. Our company is scheduled to operate a parking lot business.

Hangar in Kobe Airport
Because the existing hangar rented to Airbus Helicopters Japan requires expansion of the maintenance function in accordance with an increase in helicopter demand, a new hangar was built adjacent to the existing hangar for functional enhancement. The facility can now house 40 helicopters, together with the existing facility.
